Local beekeeping tours

Well, it’s 2025, and we’re looking to begin our operation for the season. Last year was the first year we began to offer tours for up to 6 people. Attendees included families, couples, and individuals from within Squamish, and branching out to the Sunshine Coast, lower mainland, and as far away as Toronto and Europe! Our season has now begun, and we are gearing up again for another great beekeeping year ahead.

Our apiary tours were a hit for families, individuals, and couples from April to August. We had 2 tours running on Saturday mornings or afternoons, time slots bookable through Get Your Guide and available for locals and tourists alike. Squamish Tourism also featured our tour on their agritourism website, as an option for visitors to book ahead, and explore farming activities within the Sea to Sky corridor. Reviews can be found on Googles’ Bee Wild Paradise Valley business page. Tours are $34/adult, $20/youth, and free for children 5 and under. If you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer!

One of my favorite visits of the season (out of many) was a private tour with Julija and her fiance. The energy between them was fantastic, and there were so many questions that I enjoyed finding answers to, and we explored various beekeeping topics together. They even got some private time to themselves on our back patio to enjoy a quiet moment in our permaculture designed garden. Here’s a photo of our time together!

There were many other special moments with others as well!

I look forward to seeing you this year at one of our apiary tours! Check them out here, and plan your next adventure in Squamish! We look forward to meeting you. Just imagine, you get to see these bees upclose 🙂
